The house is in a lovely, well-connected area. Arsenal (Piccadilly line) is an 8 minute walk away and either Highbury & Islington or Finsbury Park (both Victoria line) are a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also regular bus routes to Angel, Central, East or pretty much anywhere from right outside the door.
Clissold Park and Stoke Newington are a short walk away, as well as Highbury Fields and Angel. There’s plenty to do in the neighbourhood - cafe’s, wine bars, book shops, restaurants and pubs.
Rent is £1250 a month, and bills come to £150.
