Double Room available in N5!

We are looking for a new housemate to come and join our friendly home in Highbury & Islington.

Currently, there are three girls in their late 20s to early 30s living in the flat. We are friendly and social, but always respect each other’s space and downtime. We are happy living with either guys or girls - if you seem easy to live with, that works for us. We are well house-trained and keep the place clean and tidy. It has always been a relaxed place to live, with a large, sunny living room that’s perfect for a Netflix binge or a glass of wine and a chat.

The Flat
It is a large 4 bed flat and has been decorated to a good standard. The living room is large, south facing, and has a sunny balcony that looks out over the private back garden, which is the size of a small park. The garden is gated, and for residents only. There is resident parking on the street and we also have secure bike sheds.

The bills are fairly reasonable. The current costs are: Council Tax, Water and TV License, which comes to: £68.60 each per month. Gas and Electricity average out roughly to £30 per month.

The Room
The room is a double, it is light and bright, it gets the the morning sun! It is fully furnished, with a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a really cool ottoman storage bed, the mattress easily lifts up on gas struts, so you can store a huge amount of stuff inside the bed base.

The Area
Highbury and Islington is a lovely safe area to live, there are lots of bars, cafes, pubs, restaurants and parks, all within walking distance from the flat. It's only a 15 minute walk to the top of Upper Street, an 8 minute walk to Highbury Fields Park, or an 11 minute walk to Clissold Park. Our street, and the surrounding streets, are pretty tree lined streets, with lovely houses. Also, next door to our flat is a Fitness First Gym, which has a pool and sauna.

Transport
The transport is excellent!
Arsenal Tube: Piccadilly Line, 5 minute walk.
Highbury & Islington Station: Victoria Line, London Overground, Great Northern Line, 12 minute walk (go through Highbury Fields Park).
Drayton Park Station: Great Northern Line, 5 minute walk.
Finsbury Park Station: Piccadilly & Victoria Lines, Great Northern Line, Thameslink, 12 minute walk.
Plus there are loads of bus stops only a few minutes away.
