A lovely bedroom with ensuite bathroom 1 minute from Highbury & Islington tube. The maisonette is in a beautiful Victorian terrace seconds from Highbury. Are you an individual who is looking for some peace and quiet but can't remotely afford to live in a one-bed and can't face a grim studio flat? This is the room for you! You will have a lovely quiet ensuite room on the first floor, bathed in natural light and backing on to some beautiful leafy back gardens. (which don't tend to have cats or foxes yowling at night) as well as run of the shared ground floor, with back courtyard garden, dining room, kitchen, living room, and study. The landlady occasionally stays two floors away down in the basement, so you have total privacy and peace unless you want to say hello You also get your own fridge. The house has some amazing features, original art works, high ceilings, chandeliers, Turkish rugs, hidden stairs and passageways! It's completely unique and has tons of character. Upper Street shops and bars are a couple of minutes walk away. Despite the proximity for transport links and shops, it is extremely quiet and the room is at the back of the house.
