Our flat is on the 1st floor in a landmark mansions block in beautiful leafy Highgate Village area. Archway with its shops and tube station (Northern Line zones 2/3) is an 8 min walk or very short bus ride away. Historic Highgate High Street and village with its shops and popular pubs are a 5 min walk. Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath are within easy walking distance. Great bus links nearby connecting us to areas like Angel, Stokey, Old Street and more. A superb location, in a stunning area.

The price includes rent and all bills including council tax, electricity, gas, wifi and a weekly cleaner, who cleans the communal areas. We have a brand new kitchen-diner with washing machine, microwave, oven etc. plus a lovely balcony!

There are 3 people in my flat who you would share with (2F 1M). Me (Landlady), my partner and 1 male. We work in the arts/creative industries so looking for someone similar. We’re pretty laid back (but not a party flat) with a generally relaxed vibe. Looking for someone respectful to share our home.
