The Room/Flat:
Spacious double bedroom to rent near Archway, Highgate and Crouch End. The flats itself is on the forth floor of a modern flat block with a fantastic view from a private balcony looking towards Alexandra Palace. The main bathroom would be exclusively be yours to use as the other room has an en-suite. The room is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table and large inbuilt wardrobe. The rest of the flat is light and airy with a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also additional storage cupboards in the hallway. We are looking for someone who is easy going and will respect the flat and help keep the it clean & tidy. Someone who is happy to do their own thing but up for a chit chat in the kitchen. There is parking available in an underground garage.

Location:
Ideally situated in a beautiful part of north London, only a 10/15 minute walk to both Highgate and Archway tube stations. There are plenty of local pubs/shops/amenities in nearby Crouch End which is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Costs:
Bills are not included but usually amount to around £105 per month for each flatmate. Bills are all due on the 1st of each month and the rent on the 15th (£895 total) paid into a house account on the 28th each month by standing order. Any leftovers go towards house bits and bobs like cleaning supplies etc.
