Quiet room with gorgeous green view

Bedroom view to Alexandra Palace

Quiet unfurnished room + large shared living room, both with gorgeous view towards Alexandra Palace, for friendly, professional flatmate. You could have your desk in the living room like my current flatmate.

Unfortunately, the landlord wants to move in himself by Xmas, and has given me notice until Dec 22. So this is only for short-term sharing.

Ultra fibre broadband. Washing machine, dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub + shower. Separate toilet.
You will have the bathroom for yourself until 9 am usually.

I usually get up after 9 am, sometimes work from home, or do my full-time user experience researcher** job in our King's Cross office. Often I will go out tango dancing, or to the theatre, concert, directly from the office.

I stay with my South London girlfriend 1-2x a week.
Once a month, I spend 3-4 days in Berlin.

I'm very respectful of my flatmate's privacy. I will be happy to cook vegetarian food for my flatmate and me occasionally.

My current flatmate is flexible wrt moving out. You could already move in within two weeks, no later than Dec 1.

Bills (council tax, utilities, ultra fibre broadband) 165 £
Garage 50 £ would be yours.

You would be a joint tenant together with me, with equal rights.
