I've got a space in our humble abode available from 25th March onwards!

I'm 5 years here now and my good friend is moving out to leave London and basically I refused to leave this flat because it's a sweet deal.

The flat is made up of ;

1 x Large Bedroom Each (2 x tenants, myself & possibly you)
1 x Spare Bedroom
(you can take your pick between which room you want basically, 1 x is insanely large - like 6m x 5m approx and the other has a small ensuite toilet. So take your pick!)
1 x Sunroom / Office space at the front of the flat
1 x Communal Living Room / Dining Space
1 x Main Bathroom

Basically, it's a pretty large space and also has a huge back garden which is not pictured because I cannot photograph it well enough!

Bills are approx £150 per month, sometimes £100 depending on the season due to heating cost.

(To be clear, the total flat rent is just over £2k, the rent is an even split between 2 x people).

Looking for someone who's also looking for a homely vibe. There's no cleaning rota's here - we just get it done!

Love a wine, a netflix session, outdoors (we're really close to the Heath here so coffee/walk is a staple of life), gigs, social time & equally, quiet time...
