Hi, my name's James - I'm a music industry executive from the Midlands, living in London. I'm looking for two new flat mates to join me in my beautiful Highgate Village home.

The flat is set over two floors of a period property and has a modern kitchen and bathroom, a separate living room as well as a small garden. We’ve had brand new carpets across the whole flat in the past year and it’s been redecorated.

Highgate is a sweet little village just 20 minutes from central London and waking distance to Camden, Kentish Town, Crouch End etc. We are minutes away from Hampstead Heath and have ten pubs within a mile radius. We’re a ten minute walk from Archway (Zone 2) or Highgate (Zone 3) so really convenient for the Northern line. Perfect for anyone that wants to be close to the city but fancies somewhere quiet and leafy to come back to after a long day at work.

Bills are usually about £100 a month per person and we split responsibility for paying for these and pay each other back. Also, our landladies are lovely and really easy to work with. There are no agency fees or anything as it’s a private rental but landladies will require two references.
