Beautiful room&private bathroom in Victorian house

Hi Everyone.

We live in a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom maisonette in Archway/Highgate. Only a 4 minute walk to the tube. 12 minute walk to the heath or a 5 minute walk to Waterlow Park. The flat was completely renovated in 2014 and benefits from a large sun soaked 60ft tiered garden. There is a great living room with oversized flat screen TV for movie nights, a full kitchen with high end appliances. The flat is roughly 1150 sq/ft and feels very spacious, it truly is a beautiful place to live and we hope someone can come and enjoy this beautiful property with us.

The room we are renting is a top floor bedroom with a south facing window and original wood flooring. The room has a large bathroom directly beside it with full sized tub, tons of storage and custom mirror built into the room. This would all be your provare space.

We are a young couple who both work long hours , 5-6 days a week. My partner, Carlton is in property and I am in finance. I am currently working from home but carlton is still in the office full time. We also have two young cats who are genuinely the nicest little guys ever and don’t cause us any grief. They love cuddles and treats!

We would ideally be looking for a young professional or student woman between the ages of 21-35 who is clean and respectful. We are really looking for someone nice to live with who is flexible in spending time together as well as giving us some privacy.

Worth noting that we would only ever consider renting out 1 of the 4 bedrooms.

I personally am a very active person, love to work out almost every day outdoors, cook nice Italian recepies (I’m from Italy) and have good movie/ board games nights. Also down for some fun night outs when all of this lockdown situation is over.
