Hi all! *Short term lease* This is a lovely, well-furnished apartment, with a living area opening to a stunning rooftop balcony with views over the valley - perfect for summer! It's on a quiet leafy street, but just down the road are loads of restaurants and cafes in nearby Crouch End, Angel and Highbury/Islington.

The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need including bed, wardrobes, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and Netflix. It is centrally located (Zone 2) within walking distance to Crouch End, Finsbury Park Station (Victoria and National rail), Archway Station (Northern line), and Crouch Hill (Overground).

We are clean, tidy, and respectful of people's personal space. We don't take ourselves too seriously and enjoy cooking up a storm occasionally, and having a few friends over for highly competitive games of monopoly cards.
