I live here with my son who is studying for his A levels at a local sixth-form.

I need to put new pictures up as we have a lovely new carpet throughout.

5 minutes walk to the centre of Crouch End with its restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and cinemas. There are also bookshops, record shops, boutiques, plant and antique shops and an excellent library.

Many buses to take you to North and Central London and in 5 minutes to local tube stations.

15-20 minutes walk to Archway or Highgate tube.
20 minutes walk to Finsbury Park tube.
15 minutes walk to Crouch Hill Overground.

The flat backs onto the leafy Parkland Walk (taking you straight to Highgate or Finsbury Park tube).

We are looking for a clean and tidy, friendly and respectful non-smoking flatmate. We really enjoy the peace and tranquility of our home. It is a friendly house full of great books that can be borrowed and has all the things one needs to cook and feel at home.
