5 minutes walk to the centre of lovely Crouch End with its restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and cinemas. There are also bookshops, record shops, boutiques, plant and antique shops and an excellent library.

Many buses to take you to North and Central London and in 5 minutes to local tube stations.

15-20 minutes walk to Archway or Highgate tube.
20 minutes walk to Finsbury Park tube.
15 minutes walk to Crouch Hill Overground.

The flat backs onto the leafy Parkland Walk (taking you straight to Highgate or Finsbury Park tube).
