We are Abbie, Caitlin, and Eva. As our housemate is moving in with her partner, we will have a lovely double room available in our home from early June (but with a flexible move-in date if you need to move earlier).

Our home is a lovely three storey townhouse with multiple communal living areas, including a spacious living room, an office, a large kitchen with dining space and a garden with a patio. We are also lucky to have three bathrooms and loads of storage space throughout the house.

The room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, bedside cupboard and chest of drawers. The bed/ mattress is available to purchase from our leaving housemate.

Extra perks of the house include:
- free off-road parking
- 5-10 min walk to East Finchley/Highgate tube stations
- excellent bus links with a bus stop right outside the house
- surrounded by green spaces (15-20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, Highgate Woods and Alexandra Palace)
- within walking distance to everything you need; supermarkets, gyms, pubs, etc..

Bills, council tax and household essentials (washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc..) are an additional £160~ a month.

This is not a house for party animals but for someone who is sociable, clean, easy-going and wants to treat this as their own home. Though we do have our own separate social lives, we are looking for someone who would also like to hang out. We'd love for you to join us at one of the many pubs nearby/ movie nights!
