Double room in a big Victorian house

Nice double room in a 3 floors house in Highgate Village available from mid September.
The current flatmate is leaving and we are looking for someone to take her place in the house lease, optimistically before the mid of March.

The house is attached to the Waterlow park and is just 10 minutes by walk from both Highgate and Archway station. The current housemates are:
Me, a designer for a gaming company, Mark, a signor lecturer and his lovely small size dog Cleo.
The home patio has an amazing view of the city and you will be super close to the best green area of London (10 minutes by walk to Hampstead Health, another 10 from Highgate wood). I recommend a lot to schedule a viewing. Me and Mark are quiet geek people and respect the other ones space and privacy. We have a professional cleaner every two weeks, there is a dry machine in the laundry area and the common spaces are pretty large.
For the next tenant we are considering even pet owners. The bills are around 200£ per month and the deposit is 1126.66£
