(Short term) Double Room in Crouch End/Highgate

Hi there,

My mum has recently moved out and so her room is now available for a short time until my brother moves in with me on the Saturday 27th April. The apartment is situated in a very quiet residential area between Highgate and Crouch End.

Minimum stay of 1 week starting from now with a hard stop on the Friday 26th April so that my brother can move in on the Saturday. We can arrange a discounted rate if you'd be staying for the ~4 weeks to £800. For couples it'll be 30% more. All bills included.

I'm always happy to discuss further and feel free to come visit beforehand :)

The living room is lacking a bit of furniture as my brother will be bringing some with him. However, the bedroom has wardrobe, drawers, a small desk and the bed has four very spacious drawers. The bed and mattress has been deep cleaned and laundered. The mattress is a very comfortable memory mattress but happy take it out if you prefer bringing your own. As I can put it in the garage. I'm happy to arrange a clean set of bed sheets and a new double blanket if you don't have any.

The garage is also free to use if you need to make use of extra storage space.

The garden is free to use at any time and is just perfect after a day's work or to chill during the weekends.
