Leafy Mansion Block in Highgate Village

Hey y'all, our lovely flatmate is moving out (after 3.5 years) and so we are looking for someone equally enchanting to join our little flatmate-family in leafy Highgate Village.

As part of a late Victorian mansion block, the flat has a bright and very spacious living room with amazing views over London, a large kitchen with a balcony, and wooden floors throughout. We even have an original Victorian fireplace in each room, and a very small disco ball(!)

We are located two minutes away from the stunning Waterlow park (BBQ friendly), just at the bottom of Highgate Village (pubs galore), and both Hampstead Heath and Crouch End are within walking distance. We would love to find the kind of person who enjoys chatting over a cocktail/mocktail in the evening after work, or joining us going round the local bakers and charity shops on the weekend.

Archway Station on the Northern Line (Zone 2) is our nearest tube, just over 5 minutes walk away (or if you’re feeling lazy a 1 minute bus ride), and Upper Holloway and Highgate Station are also close by.

Rent: £682/month excluding bills, which are around £185/month — this includes the cost of our friendly weekly cleaner (who is an absolute icon + part of the family).

The flat itself is furnished but the bedroom comes unfurnished, which we personally love as you can decorate your space however you wish.
