I have a spare double bedroom in a house with two living rooms, large kitchen-diner, patio, garden and sunny roof terrace.

The main living room and well-equipped kitchen lead out straight via a patio to a landscaped garden and on to secure bike storage with direct access to the street via a covered side return.

There is a bathroom on the top floor shared with one other housemate.

The rent includes council tax, all utility bills and high speed WiFi.

Hampstead Heath, Highgate Woods and Waterlow Park are all within 10 minutes walk as are the shops, restaurants and pubs on Highgate High Street. Transport links to central London (Euston/King's Cross) takes 15-20 minutes on the Northern Line from Highgate tube station which is 6 minute walk from the house.
