Double in quirky mews house close Highgate tube

This is an unusual property, totally remodelled and refurbished last year and full of interesting bits and pieces, eclectic furniture and fittings. There are two staircases going in different directions, one of which leads to the available room.

I'm away a lot and so a lot of privacy available and particularly at the weekend. Weekdays I work from home for a few hours 1/2 days in the third bedroom.

The room is available and the rent flexible depending on whether short term (minimum 1 month) or for longer stays. Suit either single person or will also consider a couple but at higher amount.

Well equipped kitchen, good wifi, new bed with internal storage, new carpeting. And a little patio area ideal for coffee.

There are 4 new build houses being finished off in the Mews, due to be completed in May, and so some construction noise during the week 8-5pm, not at weekends.

There isn't space for additional furniture or a lot of possessions, useful to know I think. Council tax water and wifi included. Electricity and gas bill shared.
