Living room (current tenants design)

I’m a professional that splits time between the U. S. and U. K. I’m looking for a second flatmate to keep my flat going whilst I’m in and out.

There is one lovely man who has one of the rooms. As I travel a tonne, it will largely feel like it’s just the two of you as I will be gone most of the year .

One room is medium sized - if you want this room I will add built in wardrobe and bed - it has a full bathroom with soaker tub just outside in the hallway.

The other room is larger and has its own private en suite bathroom and private balcony.

We will split the council, electricity and water and wifi bills. We will split these as thirds. The living room is furnished as is the kitchen and garden. I am also happy to discuss furnishing the bedrooms if that helps.

LGBT flatmates preferred - single dog considered (sorry no cats) - if you’re a vegan who loves yoga - awesome. If not you will be after a year ;-)
