Hey there! We have a large spare room, furnished with a king sized bed and double wardrobe. We rent, the landlord is local and very contactable. It’s a three bedroomed flat in leafy Highgate, great for those with a penchant for green spaces. The property benefits from having a separate bathroom and toilet, a large communal living room, kitchen and mini balcony. Yes, it’s a mini balcony as two people can sit there happily - anything more would be awkward sitting on each other’s laps! But the balcony is great for a cold brew in the summer or winter, depending on what takes your fancy. The former tenant is moving on after 3 years.

The practical bits: We work full time in sports rehabilitation and Administration, so the flat is a calm and quiet space, but that’s not to say we aren’t open to a chat and glass of or cup of whatever’s available. Equally we recognise that everyone needs a little alone time.... The room is £839 pcm and the deposit is £839. The bills (Elec, gas, water, tv licence, internet and c/tax ) are around £150 per month a little more pending the usage for winter.

About you:

We’re looking for someone in full time employment for solo occupancy, around 35 years or slightly older, who is clean and tidy and most importantly a non-smoker in all forms. And the room is available from 1st December. Look forward to hearing from you - tell us a little about yourself.
