Beautiful double room near Highgate station N6

Hi!
My flatmate is moving out to live with her partner so looking for someone to take over her room.

Bills average about £200 a month
Move in date would be from 27th April but could be a be flexible if it needs to be earlier
The room comes with wardrobe, shelf and a chest of drawers but my flatmate that’s leaving is looking to sell some of her furniture so can be flexible on furnished/unfurnished

It’s a large double bedroom in a 2 bed flat on the 2nd floor of a converted house on Archway Road.
We have a large kitchen, small shared living room and a shared bathroom.
Short walk to Highgate station (3mins) and up to Highgate Village(10mins)/Hampstead Heath(20mins)

I’m an accountant working near Tower Hill.
I’ve been living in the flat for over a year now and looking for someone who is friendly and tidy, would mostly like to be able to comfortably live alongside each other in the flat.
Up for casually socialising when we’re around the flat and more if we really click but also respect each other’s space and lives.

I enjoy cooking, yoga, swimming at the Heath, Soulcycle, going to gigs… other things that I can’t think of at the moment
