Highgate High Street and Waterloo park are both just a 5 minute stroll away.

The flat is really spacious and homely: two large bedrooms, big living room, well equipped kitchen with a small outdoor balcony, bathroom with a powerful shower + separate toilet, free car parking and also secure bike parking within a private shed.

I’m 34, a professional who’s out of the house most weekdays. In my spare time I enjoy watching all sorts of sport, keeping fit with running, gym, football and tag rugby, the occasional beer or two (party days are long gone!), and binge watching a good series, (just finished Slow Horses - I recommend!)

Looking for an easy going flatmate (ideally similar age/professional) who has their own interests and social life outside the flat, but is happy to treat this place as home, maybe watch some TV or grab a beer together now and then, while still giving each other plenty of space.
