Quiet room in leafy gated neighbourhood. Spacious house with garden and street parking, 3 minutes' walk from Hampstead Heath. Next to bathing ponds, cafes and local shops.

Ideal for quiet, self-contained professional who works at least partly away from home.

Current occupants' professions are fashion entrepreneur, engineer and therapist.

The house has 2 bathrooms and a separate wc, large kitchen / dining area / living area, living room available most of the time, garden and laundry room.
Interests in yoga and meditation, healthy eating, swimming, music and nature.
All bills, council tax and weekly cleaner included.

Please note that the room is only guaranteed til the beginning of December. It may be available longer, but that won't be clear for another 6 months.

We would welcome someone with shared or complementary interests, who enjoys their own company, and also sharing conversation, the odd meal or mealtime (I am on a very particular diet, so that's not straightforward!) humour and warmth.
