Would you like to live in one of London’s most lovely neighbourhoods, moments away from Highgate Village which is perched on top of a hill overlooking Central London? An area steeped in history and surrounded by a vast expanse of green space. An area with a quaint village feel with easy access into Central London. Highgate is great for walking, running and cycling around with Hampstead Heath very close by.

The Flat

The flat is located on the top floor of a Victorian mansion block on a lovely quiet tree-lined street. It's spacious with high ceilings, original floorboards and sash windows. The bedroom is a large double room with good Wi-Fi and plenty of space to have a desk.

The People

You would be sharing with three other people, the longest resident, a guy who's a manager of a Belgium bar in central London, a guy who works for a green energy company and another guy who works in the public sector.

Everyone is friendly and considerate towards one another and we like to catch up in the communial area after we have finshed work. The Ideal person would be someone who is independent but not averse to sharing a bottle of wine/ pot of tea occasionally.

The Area

The flat is conveniently located less than 10 minutes walk away from Archway tube station (northern line Zone 2) and round the corner from Waterlow Park. Highgate Village with it's independent shops and cafes is a 5 minute walk away.

Also within the vicinity are Crouch End, Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill. Camden Town is just 3 stops away on the tube.
