Huge Double Room Overlooking Highgate Woods

My flatmate is sadly moving out, but I absolutely love the flat, so Im on the search for a suitable replacement. I'm James, I work for Warner Media in Central London. Ideally looking for someone quite chilled who likes to both socialise in the flat from time to time, but also has there own stuff going on.

It's a super convenient, top floor apartment, 2 mins walk from Highgate tube station (Northern Line). The flat is split over a few floors making it feel more like a house than just a flat,

There's a large lounge with a fireplace, dining table and sofa.

Good sized bathroom and kitchen shared with one other flatmate (that would be me).

The bedroom available is massive, with a fireplace and large in-built wardrobes. It's approximately 6m x 5.5m. It has a stunning view overlooking Queens Woods / Highgate Woods (it doesn't even look like London) and is very quiet.

It's all tucked away on a beautiful treelined street with easy access to restaurants, pubs, and gyms of Highgate and Crouch End.

Move in date is somewhat flexible, ideally somewhere in September.

Bills are obviously in flux at the moment (especially gas which is wonderful) but including Council Tax (Band F) at current estimate come in at around 200 pcm each, but It is based on usage
