Single Occupancy Double Room In Soulful Flat

I am looking to share my flat with one person (SINGLE OCCUPANCY). who will look after my property and my 2 outdoor cats when I am not here (someone very clean and organised). I have back up plans for when you are away yourself, provided you give me reasonable notice.

The rent is inclusive of bills but there is bi-monthly cleaning charge of £45. This is not in lieu of maintaining the property in excellent condition, but to ensure regular deeper cleaning.

The flat is fully furnished with all mod cons, so it is not suitable for someone with a lot of belongings and furniture. it is also not suitable for someone wanting to have partners and friends staying over regularly.

Street parking nearby is pay and display, further along there are free bays. No bicycle unless you want to park outside on the driveway.

Ideal candidate: a considerate, reliable and mature professional, respectful of shared space who will be expected, without asking, to keep all areas neat, tidy and clean and contribute to keeping a maintained and welcoming home. You must love cats and have experience taking care of cats (which involves more than just feeding them).

Strictly no smoking. Rent is inclusive of bills for reasonable consumption, up to the current average monthly bills of c. £250 (water, gas, electricity, council tax and broadband). This reflects my considerate usage, if you are particularly inconsiderate in your usage of utilities, then there will be additional cost.
