The house has plenty of communal space including a living room, dining room and large garden - perfect for BBQs and socialising!

It also has two toilets, a bathroom, a kitchen and utility room.

There's a driveway at the front of the house - great for drivers or their guests, and an alleyway for storing bikes etc.

ABOUT THE AREA:
We're walking distance from Hither Green and Catford Bridge Stations - both have direct trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Cannon Street, Elephant and Castle and Blackfriars.

There's a bus stop opposite the road with good links to Catford and Lewisham too.

10 minute walk to supermarkets including Tesco, Lidl, Coop and Aldi.

5 minute walk to closest park (great for runs and exercising) and there's two libraries within walking distance.

Catford/Hither Green are really vibrant areas with lots of activity, including food markets, pubs and cafes. We've just got a new cinema called Catford Mews, which is a ten minute walk from the house.

Catford/Lewisham markets are perfect for getting fresh fruit and veg cheaply and every month there's Catford Food Market if you're looking for something a bit more artisan.

ABOUT US
Nali works in media. She's quite busy so she's often out of the house but tries to have dinner with housemates (and the occasional party!) when she can, as well as house visits to the cinema. Her previous housemates lived in the property for two years and six months respectively.
