The flat: a beautiful and generously proportioned Victorian conversion on the first floor, with separate lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Back door with stairs leading to private garden. Shared entryway with the ground floor flat. There is free parking on the road outside.

Location: On a quiet street in leafy Hither Green. 10 minutes away from Hither Green train station - which is 12 minutes train ride from London Bridge station, and 20 from Charing Cross. It's a 15 minute walk to Catford and 20 minute walk to Lewisham centre.

Facilities: there is a separate kitchen with large dining table seating up to 8 people, washing machine, tumbledryer and dishwasher; a newly refurbished bathroom; a double bedroom with large in-built wardrobe, and a large living room with inbuilt bookshelves and gas fire. There is lots of storage space in the hallway, and in-built cupboards in the living room.

There is also a private garden accessed by stairs out from the kitchen, with decking by the house and patio at the end - perfect for BBQs. It's South-East facing so gets sun most of the day.

I will require full references checked using a professional reference company, and a month's deposit which I will register with the tenancy deposit scheme.

I have refurbished to a high standard while living there and I would love to find someone who will look after the place as though it's their own.
