We’re looking for an active, sociable single person to take the upcoming spare room in our two-bedroom two-bathroom flat in Hither Green.

Move-in date & full tenancy length (min 6 months) all flexible / negotiable

- Spacious, airy, large and open-plan living & kitchen area (new sofa bed for guests)
- Edwardian structure; high ceilings and traditional sash-like windows - the flat gets a lot of light and fresh air

- Hall space for a bike to kept indoors and safe
- Large south-east facing private garden which backs onto the Quaggy river, so Spring & Summer evenings are perfect for outdoor dinner parties & there is a shed for additional storage

About the room:

- Bright, airy & fully furnished (kingsize bed, double wardrobe & chest of drawers)
- Quiet and tranquil - back of the house with blackout blinds, so you won’t be disturbed
- Private bathroom with bath, shower, sink etc.

Ideal housemate profile:

- We would prefer a single, professional person of a similar age (between 26 - 36) although we would accept a Masters or PhD student
- You’ll be sharing with Louise, a lawyer and we’re friends from school. We jointly own the flat together so I am sure you’ll see me around
- The house vibe is pretty chilled and once this ‘lockdown’ is all over, we like to relax with a glass of wine, have friends over for dinner and do the usual stuff :)
- Louise and I are quite active, we do workouts in the garden with our homemade ‘gym’, Louise likes to run too. Anyone also interested in fitness would be a huge bonus

Location:

- Equidistant to both Hither Green (zone 3 & direct trains to London Bridge - the South East) and Lewisham (zone 2 - direct trains to London Bridge & the South East)
- Closest supermarket is Lidl (less than a 3 min walk)
- A stone's throw from some of London’s most beautiful parks and walks; Blackheath, Greenwich Park, Thames Path etc.
- Good selection of cafes & restaurants nearby
- Plenty of shops / local amenities - Lewisham shopping centre, Hither Green, Blackheath Village
