I work in a primary school and my partner's a copywriter. We're a friendly, easy-going household, we like to keep the place clean and tidy and we’ve been known to enjoy an ice cream in the garden after work or bbq on a balmy summer's evening.

There’s lots of public transport options with 3 mainline stations within a short walk (Lewisham, Hither Green, Ladywell), all with trains to London Bridge (roughly 10 mins journey time) and Charing Cross (roughly 20 minutes). Lewisham also has the DLR (to Bank and Canary Wharf) and trains to Victoria, and we're on two bus routes with many more 5 minutes away.

All the local shops you’d expect close to hand including a well-stocked Co-Op, convenience shops and newsagents, dry cleaners, cafés, pubs, gyms, large park with café, tennis and basketball courts. And Blackheath, Greenwich and Deptford are on your doorstep.
