A double room for short term rent

Will need to move in by beginning of May or at least pay full rent for month of May.
Total cost each of bills range from £100 to £130 p/m. This includes : wifi, council tax, water, gas & electricity.
A double room upstairs in a very old Victorian House but warm and comfy. The room offers a lot of storage, with two wardrobes and the house also has an attic we use for storage.

There are 3 people upstairs and one downstairs.

My housemates are lovely and we regularly have a chat in the living room or kitchen but happily will respect if you want your own space as well.

You will share the bathroom with 3 people.

A 10 min walk to Hither Green station, 12 min to Ladywell station and 15min walk to Lewisham station - all providing great and easy connections to Central London.

- Waterloo 15 mins
- Charing Cross 20mins

Lewisham station has also DLR

Hither Green, Ladywell & Lewisham all have great amenities with all you could need just a short walk away.

There is parking but you will need to pay for permit. ‘
Free parking on weekends.
