Hi, Have a lovely spare room which I'm open to be available for in the week use for the right person.

10 minutes to London Bridge on the fast direct train. Perfect for LB or Charing X.

Looking for a female who may need a place to stay week days. Sharing with the house owner in a lovely clean and recently renovated house.

Or short term / inbetween lets.

less than 5 mins walk max to Hither Green. Lewisham is a 15 minute walk and Lee station only 15 minutes also.

Shared bathroom but next door to bedroom which is at the back of the property overlooking the garden. Really peaceful.

Great community feel in Hither Green which coffee shops, restaurants, a busy pub and different local amenities.
Open to short use - depending on someone's needs when they need a cosey, clean and nice environment to stay mid week.

I work from home so looking for someone who works out of home. Price dependent on # nights needed.
