The flat includes a shared bathroom (shower in bath), washer dryer, induction hob, double oven, dishwasher, high speed broadband, double glazing, and a lovely private garden with decking. The available bedroom (overlooking the front garden) comes with a double bed and wardrobe, and the tenant will have shared use of the living/dining area and barthroom. The flat is well-equiped with cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses, and cupboard space. Additional furnishings can be provided if needed. The room on offer contains a piano, although this will be removed or moved elsewhere in the flat.

Located 5 minutes from Hither Green station (Zone 3, 6 trains/hour to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Cannon Street). Lewisham Station (Zone 2, DLR) is a 10-minute walk. Quiet, safe area with friendly neighbours, quirky shops, and parks nearby.

£1000 per month, inclusive of bills. Available now, length of stay negotiable. The room on offer would suit a professional person or a mature student.

The owners work in Higher Education and Classical Music. They stay from Sunday evening to Friday Morning for work, but outside of those times, the tenant will have the whole flat to themselves.
