Double Room Available in Bright Lewisham Flat 🌷

I have a lovely double room available in a beautiful, airy top-floor flat in a charming mansion block in Hither Green (Lewisham).

The rent is £650 per month, excluding bills (which come to approx. £150 per month).

The flat is in a great location – just a 5-minute walk from Hither Green station, with quick and easy links into central London:

💠 15 mins to London Bridge

💠 20 mins to Waterloo East

💠 25 mins to Charing Cross

We’re also close to local shops, and about a 20-minute walk from Lewisham station and High Street.

🪴 The room & flat:

The room is unfurnished, so you would need to bring or acquire a bed frame, but my current flatmate is leaving behind a double mattress and chest of drawers, which you’re welcome to use.

You’ll also have access to your own bathroom, as I have an en suite (though I may occasionally sneak in the odd bubble bath!).

The flat itself is a bit of an architectural gem – light-filled and spacious, with a huge bay window in the shared living area and an adjacent kitchen. It’s a really calm, homely space to come back to.

🏠 Move-in details:

The room will be available from 7th June (the current tenancy ends on 6th June).

If you’re interested but can’t move in straight away, I’m open to discussing a later date – as long as rent is covered for any gap.

😺 About me:

I’m 31 and work in marketing within the arts sector (at the Southbank Centre). I love art, music (gigs, gigs, gigs), literature and travel, and I keep fairly busy with work and life in London.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, easy-going, and up for a friendly, sociable home, while also happy doing their own thing.
