Room in lovely arty 2 bed flat, Hither Green

Rent is £425 PCM with bills usually coming to £90-120 (depending on how much heating etc we use). Moving in towards mid of MARCH (around 16th)

The flat is located 6-7 minutes walk from Hither Green train station with trains going into London bridge/waterloo east/charring cross/cannon street every 10-15 minutes. Zone 3. Trains take 10-15 minutes

I think it's a single bed room, you can fit a fair bit of furniture in there, it's a bit of an odd shaped room, with a longer narrower bit at the back (WHere I fit a clothes rail and a chest of drawers).

The living room slash kitchen is a good size, and personally prefer to chill out there than in my room. Bathroom is quite nice, and nice hot shower.

(I own the furniture in the flat, but the bedroom is mainly unfurnished, I have a clothing rail and a dressing table that you can have if wanted).

You’ll be sharing with me, Mia. I am a 27 year old woman, I’m an artist and photographer. I’m very easy going, I’m tidy, but not OCD tidy, I always clean when something needs cleaning, but equally am not OCD.

I work from home, which means that I either paint or have photo shoots during the day (no more than 1-3 a week, usually between 12:00 - 15:00), but always try and be finished up and tidy by the afternoon/evening. So someone who works day time is very welcome! (basically, if you're out during day time, you won't notice the difference!)

I do markets at the weekend, and I'm usually out most of Sundays.

I would describe myself as considerate flatmate, and I always think it’s important to live somewhere that feels like home for both parts. Home is where the heart is :-) And it would be nice to live with someone who is fairly like minded, so that home is somewhere you’re looking forwards to going to, where you can relax and be yourself.

I love coffe, I'm a bad cook (I can put things in the oven),
when I'm not working I go bouldering (climbing) a lot or play music (usually in the evenings). I like to stay active. I'm a little boring I suppose, I don't go out-out much. I spend a lot of time working but it's nice to live with someone who wants to have a little chat now and then, watch some netflix or share a meal or a coffe together.

The photos where taken last year, but the flat looks almost the same, (just a bit of different art work on the walls etc).

Oh and theres a bunny too. Her name is Ellie. She’s super cool. She just chills all day long (which means she sits and looks cute). she loves cuddles.

There is a coop food shop 2-3 minutes walk down the high street, and bigger food shops/other shops in lewisham/catford both located 12-15 min walk away.

I’ve lived in the area for 3-4 years and I still really like like it here. and I love this flat! I don’t find the commute into central London too bad and you can get to most places in central about 40-60 minutes (door to door).
