One double bedroom is available in our 3 bedroom, fully furnished flat situated in the hidden gem that is Hither Green!

The room has an ensuite with a large shower, inbuilt wardrobe, loads of drawer space, a desk & chair, and west facing window.

There is a second large bathroom with a bath/shower. The water bill is included in the rent.

1. It has a fully furnished kitchen (including crockery) with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine & microwave.

2. It has very spacious living/dining room leading to a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset.

3. The flat is ridiculously peaceful and safe. It is on the top floor and has lovely views across green spaces. It is in a compound which has a locked bike storage room, is well-lit at night, comes with 24hr security and CCTV.

4. The compound is fabulous. The original buildings were built as part of hospital in 1896 by the same guy who designed Liberty's. This includes the iconic clock tower. Gardens are very well taken care of and there is a real community spirit.

5. It's close to amenities. There is a Tesco Express and a gym located on site, as well as a Co-Op and other local shops a short distance away.

It has excellent transport links - five minute walk to Hither Green Station (zone 3) with trains to London Bridge, Waterloo East in under 20 minutes Charing cross and Cannon street are 25 mins away. There are buses that go to Lewisham and Canada Water a stone throw away. Lewisham hospital is 15 minutes away on foot.

7. It's a very green area - hence the name ;) There are two gorgeous parks nearby ideal for jogging/walks. For those who are not familiar...Greenwich/Blackheath are very close as is Lewisham (DLR/overground links and big shops).
