One double bedroom in Holborn (in 3 bedroom flat)

Large fully furnished double bedroom room in Holborn flat available now, a 6 min walk from both Holborn station and Russel Square station.
Female tenants regardless of occupation are welcome to message me. The two other flatmates are female masters students who are currently away.
The contract I have now ends in September but if wanted, you can extend for an additional year.
Rental is £910 per month and includes gas, central heating and hot water.
For cold water and internet, each tenant pays £24 per calendar month. Electricity is roughly about £10 or less per tenant per calendar month (depends on energy usage). A cleaner comes every two weeks and the cost per tenant is £16 per calendar month.
