If you would like to live central, walk everywhere , live in a nice and clean place with very friendly people, this double room might be for you. We are close to everywhere what Central London has on offer.

The room is very nice and bright double, fully furnished, has very large storage, double glazed window overlooking quiet private yard, laminated flooring, double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and shelves.

We are walking distance to all spots in Central London so if you want to avoid long commute and public transport the location is perfect.
The Piccadilly and Central lines are 3min walk away and there are lots of buses.
We are 2min walk from 2 wonderful green squares: Bloomsbury and Russel Square and short stroll from Regents Park and river Thames.
There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars right on the doorstep and there are good supermarkets including Salisbury and Waitrose.

The flat is modern and elegant with large eat in kitchen. We have pretty much everything you might need including dishwasher.
There is separate bathroom and toilet and we have a cleaning lady who comes once a week to help with communal areas.

There are two lovely housemates living in the flat. They are both in their early/mid 20-ties. Keanu is from Germany and he studies Architecture and Iris is from France and she studies Law.

The rent comes to £999 per month and the following bills: council tax, water, broadband, hot water, heating, electricity (up to £10pppm) and cleaning lady are included.
