Perfect location as just off Holborn Circus, it’s twenty minute walk from Covent Garden or the City (Bank station eg). Excellent transport links from Farringdon and Blackfriars as well as Chancery Lane for the tube.

The room is a large sized double with a balcony in a clean, warm and friendly flatshare. The room is light and airy with plenty of space for storage. It currently fits a double bed with side tables, a desk, wardrobe and shelving units. The balcony is covered and can sit several people or be used as a workout space. It overlooks the 4th floor communal garden/space and there is access to an outdoor gym.

The flat is very central and has excellent transport links as mentioned, shops and pubs nearby with fantastic views of the city (you can see the shard whilst washing up!)There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner, bathroom and separate w/c with plenty of storage space throughout the flat. It is on the 7th floor but there are two lifts in the building.

You'll be living with two friendly professionals looking for a relaxed, clean, easygoing flatmate. We are not a party house, however we enjoy a few drinks together from time to time.

The rent is £900 pcm. There is a deposit of five weeks rent and referencing fees around £50.
