I’ll be leaving my quaint flat in the heart of the city at the end of the month. I’ve lived here for 4 years now and only leaving to move in with my partner.
The area is well located/connected, located just off Lambs Conduit. It’s a really buzzy area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops just around the corner.
The room has a double bed with a desk and plenty of storage (a chest of draws and a wardrobe). The flat is on the 11th floor, with a lift, so has natural light and has a separate kitchen and a spacious living room that barely gets used.
LGBTQIA+ friendly household. The two current housemates are males, one British and the other is Australian. Both really nice and pretty active in their day to day life so they aren’t in the house that much.

* 5 minute walk to both Russell Square and Holborn station (Piccadilly & central line)
* 15 minute walk to both Tottenham Court Road and King cross

* Rent is directly through the landlord, who is super chilled and very responsive for any issues.
* Rolling contract so you only need to give a month’s notice.
