I have a small single room located in Centre Point House, just on top of Tottenham Court Road Station. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a lift . There is double glazing and secondary glazing.

The bills are included in the rent (council tax, gas, broadband, water, and electricity). There is also a regular cleaner that looks after the common areas.
