Between Holland Park and Ladbroke Grove, a short walk away from Shepherds Bush, Westfields and Portabello Market, 5 minutes walk from Latimer Rd Tube.
I live in a quiet, off Rd, self contained ground floor flat with a garden and a cat. I have just had the spare room painted, it is large and sunny and over looks the garden with extra storage space if needed. There is central heating and a cleaner comes once a week.
We would be sharing a well equipped kitchen and bathroom/shower.
I am a bit of an intellectual and spend much time in reading and study. I also love music and theatre. I've worked in the Arts all my life and do occasional fredlance journalism and illustration. I also research and source the counter culture. A happy person, I am busy and contented with my own time but am open to good conversation! I'm looking for someone who is open minded, quiet and compatible, possibly a phd student to rent my spare room. I have broadband and bills are included.
