I am looking for a friendly and clean professional flatmate 28- 40 who generally works full-time from the office / hybrid. This is a non smoking flat, and the current flatmate has a high standards of cleanliness so looking for someone who is clean too :)

The flat is conveniently located about equidistant from Holland Park/Shepherd's Bush (Central Line), High Street Kensington, and Kensington Olympia (District Line & Piccadilly Line). There’s a bus stop right in front of the house.

It’s a fantastic area with plenty of shops nearby and the largest Westfield shopping centre in London. If you enjoy nature, there are also great parks for leisurely walks, such as Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park. 🙌

**ABOUT THE PRICE**

The monthly rent is £1,350 plus total bills around £180 in summer, a bit higher in wintertime depending on the use of gas and electricity 💡
