The bathroom is exclusively for your use and the bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall mounted storage. There is broadband internet already in the apartment, so wifi can be accessed throughout the flat.
You will be within 5 minute walk from London Westfield at one end, and 5 minutes from High Street Kensington on the other, making it a vibrant area with a huge shopping/socialising options. The beautiful Holland Park is 5 mins walk round the corner, as well as the very classy cafes and boutiques that populate the Notting Hill area. The area is also extremely safe.
The single flatmate is a female professional working in London and very friendly. Enjoys gym and badminton at the nearby leisure centre. The flat is quiet on week-nights due to work. The neighbours are very quiet and hardly about.
It really is a wonderful apartment in a safe, vibrant area, and would provide superb accommodation for the person that takes the room. The contract is for the minimum stay of 2mths and max 6mths and all bills are included.
