Beautiful room in light filled Victorian house

Sadly after three years in this wonderful home I am leaving the UK for a while and so will be moving out. The flat is available no earlier than 6 November and we are looking for a female housemate.

The flat is spilt over two levels (2nd and 3rd floor) in an amazing light filled Victorian house. There is a huge beautiful living room, two bathrooms (one with a bath), the upstairs one now has a small window installed not shown in the photo, a spare room for guests, and a large kitchen with all amenities, dishwasher and a washing machine.

The room comes with a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and under bed storage. The room itself is cosy but I’ve been very happy there for the last three years and the house itself is very spacious and there is some extra storage space just outside the room and in the small spare room.

This room is available from 6 November and rent will be due that day at: 780 (not incl council tax or bills)

Bills usually come to £80 a month for council tax, internet and electricity and then now and again we pay a water bill (half yearly).

The two other housemates are young professionals and lovely company. Anna works in advertising and is from the UK and Abby works as a researcher at the London School of Tropical Medicine and is from LA.

The house and the landlords are absolutely fantastic (their parents live downstairs and are always on hand to answer and fix any problem!) and this is why I am very sad to be leaving. This means that I want them and the house to continue being respected and kept clean and loved :)
