There is a large shared living room, separate kitchen/dining area and good-sized bathroom (with separate shower and bath), with the roof outside used (in good weather) as balcony and small garden.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and has good light with a view to the street.

Sharing with three others,. all easy-going and considerate, we have our own lives but like to socialise together, usually focusing around movies and shared meals.

The flat has high speed (200MB) broadband, washing machine, dryer and a piano. The kitchen has a dining table for 4-6, and the living room has two sofas. All of the rooms have high ceilings, which add to the sense of spaciousness.

Two small supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Tesco) a few minutes away, two large ones (Morrisons and Waitrose) a little further. Other nearby amenities include a couple of live music venues, a couple of gyms, a couple of decent pubs and an Odeon cinema.

Lots of local transport into central London and connections.

Council Tax is included in the rent stated. The other bills average £70 - £120 a month (depending on the time of year).
