THE FLAT
We live in a spacious 3 bed flat with easy-going and friendly housemates. Taking the upper 2 floors of a 3 storey terrace with a loft extension, the flat includes a large lounge, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a WC, 2 bedrooms on the second floor, and a loft bedroom. The kitchen has all amenities including large fridge/freezer, oven with grill and washer/dryer.

THE ROOM
The available room is the second bedroom at the rear of the property. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, and lamp. There is also the option to buy my desk, chair, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The room has a good sized window that gets the afternoon light, with venetian blind, and curtain.

THE HOUSEMATES
Housemates are 2 friendly professional guys who enjoy food/cooking, music, films, and sports. It's a laidback place to live and they're looking for someone relaxed, friendly, and sociable.

THE BILLS
Bills are approximately £100 per month including gas, electricity, water, council tax, and 350MB fibre optic broadband.

THE LANDLORD
The property is managed by an agent who is very responsive. There is a one off £75 fee that the landlord charges to join the tenancy. The contract has recently been renewed and will run until June 2019.
