Unfortunately our lovely flatmate is moving to Canada..!!! But we are excited to have the opportunity to welcome a new flatmate to our modest but clean and friendly flat.

So if you are looking for a great double room, exceptional value, with friendly flatmates.... Look no further...!!! Hehe

Its a great double room....a bargain.... Only £650 per month rent + bills.... in Zone 2.... it's an absolute steal for London in this area...!!! The flat is clean and in good condition, all major items have been replaced or new within last 2 yrs, which include, beds and mattresses, Fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine. The flat is modest but in good clean condition.

Location is awesome...! 5min walk to Holloway road station, Picadilly line, Zone 2. Everywhere in Zone 1 and 2 is accessible within 10 to 20 mins, only two stops to Kings Cross, and Islington, Camden, Highgate are only a 5 to 10 min bus ride away. There are great pubs and restaurants in the area. Some lovely parks near by, Clissold Park, Highbury Park, Finsbury Park all near by, 'roll on Spring/summer hey'...;)

Our landlord is a retired gent, nice guy, and always avail when needed but we rarely need to contact him.

So let's get down to the details.

The room will be available from 2nd weekend in Feb. that would be from 10th,11th,12th feb.

You would share with me and Munira. Munira works in journalism and I, in Interior Design, two easy going, friendly professionals. We both enjoy a coffee, beer, or chat. Munira makes the most amazing green curry, so if you ask her nicely... ;)

We have a cleaning rota, to keep the place keep the place clean and tidy, but are also very relaxed. There is no living room but the spacious double rooms allow for comfortable entertaining and relaxing.

The flat neighbours the Emirates Stadium, I'm not a supporter but match days are fun, the supporters are very well behaved.

The area is great, one of the best in London, Loads of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, parks, cinemas etc etc. always something to do. Myself and Munira would love to show you our fav bits if you are new to London or the area. Its defo one of the best places to live in London.

The room is a spacious double, it comes fully furnished, with a virtually brand new bed and mattress. A two person sofa, and desk. Perfect for a young professional. There is a large built in closet for storage, with additional storage in the hallway for other large items.

Additional monthly bills include, council tax, water, electric, and Wifi. approx £125 pm. in total. No gas.... All elec.

The flat is in a 60's block. Don't be deterred by the slightly dated appearance. The building is well maintained, communal areas are cleaned daily, very secure with fob entry and had an interior refurbishment earlier last year, with new fire doors throughout, and new lifts due in Feb. The flat neighbours the Hornsey main road and is very safe and secure. I have lived here now for over four years with no issues whosoever. There is always plenty foot fall in the area, so you never get caught a lonely road late at night.

New Flatmate:

We are looking for an easy going, guy or gal professional type in their 20's or 30's something to share our modest but great flat with. If you are new to the area Munira and i can show you around. We are looking for somone thats wants to live in a nice 'home' that has their own interests but likes to be social too.

We would prefer no 'live-in' couples, but guests, boyfriends or girlfriends are all very welcome, just not full time live in partners.

It is a very nice room, in a very nice flat, with a great location..... an absolute bargain price for the area and location....!.
