Our flatmate is leaving the flat in December, we are looking for a new person to move in.

The house has a big spacious living room/kitchen with a skylight, 2 bathrooms, access to rooftop and garden, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The style Is very industrial with a big chalk wall and a big spacious kitchen island in the living area.

The room is very spacious and warm, it's good for couples too.

Bills are approximately £55 each including council tax, water, energy and internet, depending on consumption.

We are looking for a nice person to move in, possibly young professionals. We like to share the common spaces and have some nights out in the weekend.

We work Monday to Friday so we'd prefer someone with a similar routine.
We are an English Marketing Manager (Laura) and 2 Italian architects (Attilio & Alessandro). We love having nice nights out at the restaurant and play videogames, we like sharing time with the flatmates but also enjoy having our own space.
