As my personal circumstances have changed, I sadly must depart this cozy flat near Finsbury Park, and am looking for someone to take over my lease for the duration of the term (with the option to extend, if desired!)

The flat is on the second level, two bedroom, one bathroom, with a kitchen, living area, and (my favourite part) a massive terrace with a small garden. The bedroom (furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers) has a large window that lets in a lot of natural light and opens right onto the terrace. The flat itself is on the corner of a fire road and cute side street, meaning it is always peaceful and quiet.

Within a 2 to 10 minute walk you will find most major grocery stores that London offers, ranging from Tesco Express, to Sainsbury's, to Waitrose, as well as numerous produce stands and independent markets. Finsbury Park station (Victoria line) is less than a 15 minute walk away, and two major bus stops are within a five minute walk as well — in other words, it is well connected to major transit points within London.

Jade is 26 and works as a designer for a charity in the city — she has lived here for the past year and enjoys going for drinks or making dinners when schedules align — and is clean, considerate, and always up for an interesting conversation. There are numerous pubs, cafes, and restaurants of varying cuisines within walking distance.

Rent is 850 pcm, with bills usually coming to around 90 pounds on top of that. Deposit is 980 pcm — we have a private landlord, so no agency fees or other housing nonsense. If you'd like to move in before November, please let me know, because I'm flexible with dates.
