Hey everyone!

My two flatmates are moving out of our flat to be with friends in south London, but I'm looking forward to adding two new great flatmates!

The flat is in a really good location. Only an 8 minute walk to Finsbury Park tube station and there are plenty of bus routes nearby. We're also close to a number of grocery stores, parks, pubs, and restaurants.

I've been living in the flat for two years and am a big fan of it. The kitchen + living room combo is a great space with plenty of natural light. The balcony has also been a big plus these days. We also have a great landlord who's quick to reply and help out.

I'm working remotely as a data scientist for a company in San Francisco until the end of September. Afterwards, I'll be starting a masters in bioinformatics at Imperial. In my spare time, I go for runs/cycles, hang out with friends in the park/pub, and am looking forward to going back to comedy clubs and the occasion gig. I also spend half of my weekends at my girlfriend's place (the other half she spends here).

I'm looking for flatmates who'd be keen to hangout in the park some evenings or weekends, have chats in the flat, and head out for the occasional pint/meal (bonus points if you're into board games, pub quizzes, and cleanliness).

The two rooms are of decent size and both have a desk and wardrobe. They both back onto a Better Health Gym's parking lot, so it often stays quiet.

Bills come to about £100/month, so ~£790 would be the monthly total.
